This exceptional wine combines the indigenous Xinomavro grape (originally intended for rosé) with Malagousia and matures for years on its lees and partly in oak barrels, which gives it its complex structure. A deep golden-apricot color reflects the creative aging process and its hybrid white\/rosé identity. The nose is intense with honeyed stone fruits (white peach, apricot), candied citrus peel, brioche, delicate dried herbs, and subtle notes of leather and forest floor. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet fresh thanks to lively acidity. A velvety, slightly oily texture results from lees contact. Flavors of ripe peaches, quince, sun-dried tomatoes, caramelized hazelnuts, and a fine, saline minerality emerge.
