Nestled in the breathtaking landscape of the Moselle Valley, Grandbois Weine represents a new generation of winemaking – shaped by respect for nature, craftsmanship, and the courage to explore new paths. Founded by Philippe and Tanja Grandbois, this boutique winery is a place where wine is created in harmony with its origins. With a strong focus on sustainable and regenerative agriculture, the vineyards are cultivated with minimal intervention. Free from synthetic treatments, managed according to organic principles, and supported by the natural work of sheep grazing between the vines, the estate nurtures a living ecosystem that preserves soil health and biodiversity. Each bottle tells the story of the Moselle – its unique soils, distinctive climate, and the passion of the people who bring it to life. Grandbois wines combine energy, precision, and character, expressing the authentic identity of their origin.

When Life Gives You Lemons Pét-Nat 2025

Crafted according to the traditional Méthode Ancestrale, this wine is created through spontaneous fermentation and bottled unfiltered, vegan, and without added sulphur. A true expression of craftsmanship and minimal intervention, allowing the grape and terroir to speak for themselves.

Crisp citrus notes meet delicate yeast aromas, subtle spice, and a vibrant structure. Its natural cloudiness adds personality, while the refreshing energy and fine grip invite you back for another sip.

Food Pairing: A perfect companion to creative cuisine: lemon risotto with green asparagus, crispy fish & chips, fresh sourdough bread with salted butter, as well as Asian-inspired dishes with ginger, chilli, and aromatic spices. Also ideal as a lively and refreshing aperitif.
